Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

Funtopia allows returns on damaged or faulty goods only.  We do not allow returns for change of mind or purchased in error including wrong colour selection.  Best to contact us before purchase if this is a concern.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be received within 7 days from approval and 14 days from original dispatch of the order.  We recommend express post to guarantee this for you.  All returns must have tracking and be returned in original condition, untouched, unused.

HOW do customers return items?

Customers need to contact Funtopia for a returns authority number prior to returning.  Without this number, your return will be rejected.


SHIPPING for returns?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless othewise advised by Funtopia. 


CREDIT for returns?
Due to multiple payment methods and associated costs with those services, a credit only will be raised on approved returns less a re-stocking fee if approved outside of the parameters of damaged stock. 

Change of Mind/Order cancellation?
Due to multiple payment methods and associated costs with those services, where a refund is due as an alternate to store credit, it will be refunded less the costs associated with processing that payment.  eg Afterpay 8%, Credit Card 2.9%+30c fee.  Please choose carefully.  

Credit Claims

All credit claims are to be made in writing.

Items will only be credited in full so long as the goods are as new:

  • packaging not marked or damaged
  • no price labels
  • goods must be packed carefully so they do not get damaged in transit

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for late returns that Funtopia has accepted and only if received in the above conditions and are processed on a case by case basis.

Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receipt of faulty goods
